Returns,Exchanges and Cancellations

If you have received a damaged product in your box, or if your box is missing a product, please get in touch with us within two (2) weeks of delivery, and we will assist you with getting the item replaced or adding a credit to your account. If ECO CRATES of America is not notified within the two (2) week timeframe, we will not be able to offer a replacement product or refund.  All refunds are granted at the sole discretion of ECO CRATES of America. If you fail to receive your box, please contact us at solutions@ecocratesofamerica.com within two (2) weeks of your estimated delivery date to report.

If you are not satisfied with an item, a credit may be issued. Just contact us at solutions@ecocratesofamerica.com.

If you wish to return your box or the items in your box, this is also possible and will be handled on a case by case basis. Unopened returns can be returned with a credit issued. Contact us at solutions@ecocratesofamerica.com with your concerns and we will work with you to seek a solution.

Cancellations are permitted with a thirty day written notice. Cancelling your membership does not provide you a refund for membership payments already possessed, nor does it stop a pending charge. Your cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycle. Contact solutions@ecocratesofamerica.com to share with us your desire to cancel and the reason, so we may improve our services in the future.

By purchasing a membership, you agree to ECO CRATES of America “terms of use”, as well as the information included in this section pertaining to “returns, exchanges and cancellations.”. A one month box is a one time purchase. A three month subscription is for three consecutive months, unless paused by you, or a written request is received thirty days prior to the next shipment date of your box (usually the 25th of each month). A twelve month subscription is for twelve consecutive months, unless paused by you, or a written request is received thirty days prior to the next shipment date of your box (usually the 25th of each month). All paused subscriptions will only hold the pause for one month period and will automatically resume the following month.

Should you wish to cancel a prepaid subscription, you will need to contact solutions@ecocratesofamerica.com to submit your request. All requests will be reviewed within thirty days of submission for optimal resolution.
