Returns,Exchanges and Cancellations
If you have received a damaged product in your box, or if your box is missing a product, please get in touch with us within two (2) weeks of delivery, and we will assist you with getting the item replaced or adding a credit to your account. If ECO CRATES of America is not notified within the two (2) week timeframe, we will not be able to offer a replacement product or refund. All refunds are granted at the sole discretion of ECO CRATES of America. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you fail to receive your box, please contact us at email@example.com within two (2) weeks of your estimated delivery date to report.
If you are not satisfied with an item, a credit may be issued. Just contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you wish to return your box or the items in your box, this is also possible and will be handled on a case by case basis. Unopened returns can be returned with a credit issued. Contact us at email@example.com with your concerns and we will work with you to seek a solution.
Cancellations are permitted with a thirty day written notice. Cancelling your membership does not provide you a refund for membership payments already possessed, nor does it stop a pending charge. Your cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycle. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to share with us your desire to cancel and the reason, so we may improve our services in the future.
Should you wish to cancel a prepaid subscription, you will need to contact email@example.com to submit your request. All requests will be reviewed within thirty days of submission for optimal resolution.
